He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard B. Simons Sr. and June L. Simons (Davis) of Oranjestad, Aruba.. He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey S. Simons Jr., Lauren Simons of Reading and Kay-Lah Simons of Long Island, NY.; his granddaughter Halo Rucker; and his brother Richard B. Simons of Reading. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
