She was predeceased by: her parents, Elwood Conrad and Martha Conrad (Weller); her son Thomas A. Kline; and her sister-in-law Jean Ann Zumbrum. She is survived by: her husband Jay Kline of Birdsboro; her sons, Gregory A. Kline (Jessica), Anthony S. Kline (Jacqui) and Christopher P. Kline (Debra); her grandchildren, Staci, Austin, Ashley, Brigitta, Andrew and Madison; her great grandchildren, Dominic and Cameron; her siblings, Barbara Gerhart (late Melvin) and Sherwood Conrad, Sr. (Linda); and her sister-in-law Dorothy Kline (late Harvey).
