He was predeceased by: his wife Virginia Ruth Romig (Raezer); his parents, Samuel Percival Romig Sr. and Edna May Romig (Myers); his son Chris A. Romig; his grandson Benjamin Romig; and his siblings, Samuel "Perce" Romig Jr., Leona LaRue Kulp, Ruth E. Miller and Janet Mae Marino.
He is survived by: his children, Randall L. Romig (Barbara) of Douglassville, Gary L. Romig Jr. (Robin) of Collegeville, Mark D. Romig (Alan Gerber) of Florida and Lisa B. Bingaman (Troy) of Birdsboro; and his daughter-in-law Ivy Romig. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren.
