She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Pancurak and Mary Orsulak Pancurak; her husband Robert Goodfellow; and her siblings, Russell Pancurak (Betty), Fay Pancurak, Andrew and Mary Alice Moore (Mickey).

She is survived by: her daughters, Denise Galloni (Vince) and Donna Goodfellow. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In honor of Sylvia, donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
