He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Wilson Weidman and Dora Mae Weidman (Long); and his brother Leslie Weidman. He is survived by: his wife Dawn; his stepson Barry W. Moyer (Joan) of Bernville; his stepgranddaughters, Angela Ann Yost (Steven) and Vicki Lynn Winnick (Michael); and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Montgomery, Jaclyn Yost, Alexander, Elizabeth and Catherine Winnick.
