Falk of Benton, Pennsylvania, born in Port Allegany, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 25, 2023, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Kontz and Charlotte Howard Kontz; her husband Ronald L. Falk; her son Christopher R. Kontz; and her brother Christopher Kontz.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jessica Larson (Mark) of Port Allegany, Corina L. Bundy of Port Allegany and Sandra D. Green (Roger) of Port Allegany; her stepchildren, Nicole F. Stahlman (Dave) of Port Allegany and Brian P. Falk (Amy) of Hummelstown, PA; her siblings, Robert Kontz (Sharon) of Bradford, Charles Kontz of Reynoldsville, PA, Roberta Loveless of Eldred, Anne Austin of Savannah, TN and Sandra Majot of Culpeper, VA; and her grandchildren, Tyler, Christopher, Aleah Kontz, Alexander Spencer, Bella Shaffer, McKenzie Bidwell, Roger Jr., Karen, Jarid Green, Hunter Ganoe, Emma Bundy, Ava Pyles, Patrick, Owen, Clayton Falk, Bryce and Brian Stahlman.
