She is survived by: her husband Louis Fava; her sons, David Fava (Denise DeSimone) of Bentleyville and Joel Fava (Kerry) of Eighty Four; her grandchildren, Katey and Owen Fava; and her brother Robert Eland of Tampa. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
