She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew John Remish and Anna R. Ivcic Remish. She is survived by: her sisters, Andrea Remish of Bentleyville and Bernice Remish of Bentleyville; her nephews, Joe Sekora (Traci) and Brian Morgan (Jess); her great-nephew Tristan Coyle; her great-niece Jordan Sekora; her husband Michael Forte; her sister Dolly Sekora; and her niece Johnette Sekora.
In the funeral home and church, non-vaccinated individuals are required to wear masks or facial coverings and social distancing is to be maintained.
