She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Kalinowski and Bernadette Kalinowski of Bethel Park. She is survived by: her daughters, Sarah Penrod (Michael) of California and Jamie Lukich (Joseph) of Bentleyville; the father of her children Timothy Swango; her grandchildren, Riley, Logan, Isabella and Ava; her sisters, Cindy Bauman, Kimberly Swinchock (Joseph), Diana Kaye and Bernadette Lusk (Kevin); and her close friend Gretchen Wagner.
