He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Kubincanek and Kathryn Bertovich Kubincanek. He is survived by: his brothers, George Kubincanek (Molly) of Pittsburgh, Carl Kubincanek (Debra) of Washington, Danny Kubincanek of Bentleyville and Paul Kubincanek (Mandie) of Bentleyville; his nieces and nephews, Andrew Kubincanek (Lurene) of Mechanicsville, VA, Kaitlin Kubincanek of Pittsburgh and Karli Lynd (Drew) of Bentleyville; his cousins, Mike Bertovich of Bentleyville, Ron Bertovich and Peg Howson; and his great-nephews, Harrison Kubincanek and Callan Lynd.
