It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph J. Wargo (Bentleyville, Pennsylvania), who passed away on September 10, 2020, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wargo and Julianna Medve Wargo. He is survived by: his wife Mary Hammercheck Wargo; his daughters, Mary Jo Powis (Richard), Faith Jones-Ewing (Joseph) of San Diego, CA, Priscilla Richardson (David) of Brea, CA, Ruth Ellen Armstrong (Rick) of Salem, OH and Dana Lynn Gilleland (James) of Richeyville, PA; his son-in-law Murray Johnson of Washington, PA; and his children, Joseph James Wargo Jr. and Sandra Elaine Johnson. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
