He was predeceased by: his parents, William R. Chester, Sr. and Betty Mae Mitchner Lutes. He is survived by: his siblings, Lillian Jean Ritter of Finleyville, Charles Chester (Buelah) of Charleroi and Harvey Lutes, Jr. of Bentleyville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
