She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Parsons and Gladys Penn Parsons; her siblings, Elizabeth Penn and Joseph Parsons; and her former husband Dale C. Boothe.
She is survived by: her daughter Gail Mayton (Larry) of Fredericktown, PA; her grandchildren, Greg Mayton (Rosy) of Lafayette Indiana and Shannon Brown (Scott) of Monongahela, PA; her great grandchildren, Mason Brown and Christopher Mayton; and her niece Lavern Starr. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
