He was predeceased by: his brother Daniel J. Flood; his grandfathers, Frank W. Neshteruk, Sr. and Nevin Wilkins; and also Frank W. Neshteruk, Jr.. He is survived by: his parents, Robert E. Wilkins and Penelope Riglin (Neshteruk); his wife Brittany Reese; his daughter Ophelia Wilkins; his stepson Jace Reese-Meixel; his grandmothers, Pearl Neshteruk and Marge Wilkins; and his half-sisters, Danielle Wilkins-Rosensteel and April Wilkins.
