It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Patricia L. Alters of Bellefonte, Pennsylvania, born in South Fork, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 6, 2022, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Aloysius and Fern Cecilia Betz Neff; and her siblings, Michael Eugene Neff, Gary James Neff, Lois Ann Townsend and Carolyn Marie Lefort.
She is survived by: her husband Daniel "Dan" L. Alters; her children, Barry Noll (Amanda), Deborah Noll Biter (Richard), Mark Noll, Jennifer Alters Carlton (Richard) and Daniel F. Alters (Cortney Marshall); her grandchildren, Rose Noll, Caleb Biter, Arden Carlton, Aubrey Biter, Mitchell Carlton, Mason Biter, George Noll, Elizabeth Carlton and Otis Alters; and her sister Deborah Louise Garcia (Jesse) of Chicago. She is also survived by her family, especially her grandkids.
She regularly donated to the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank. The family feels that it is only fitting that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to this organization that was so close to Patti's heart, by going to http://www.centralpafoodbank.org.
