She was predeceased by: her parent Charles Milton; and her siblings, Isabella Alters, Oscar Ulrich, Nevin Ulrich and Sumner Ulrich.
She is survived by: her parent Helen Ulrich (Hetzel); her spouse George L. Bickel; her nieces, Joyce Boob of Bellefonte, Sheila Stevenson (Dave) of Bellefonte and Angela Jordan (Todd) of Aaronsburg; and her nephew Samuel Alters of Spring Mills.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in Katie's name may be made to St. John's Episcopal Church, 120 W. Lamb Street, Bellefonte, PA 16823.
