He is survived by: his wife Annette Tomalski Suppa; his children, Sam Scott Suppa of South Carolina, Angela Jean Suppa (Tom) and Barbra Anne Cloar of Wooster, Ohio; his grandchildren, Sarilyn Suppa, Hunter Suppa, Anna Sedlak of Allyson Sedlak, T. J, Noah Cloar, Casey Cloar and Emily Cloar; his sister Joyce; and his siblings-in-law, Nick Affinito of Belle Vernon, Tom, Debbie Tomalski, Marcella Niccolai, Marie Tonarelli and Dorothy Ramsier. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
