It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard Fisher III (Belle Vernon, Pennsylvania), born in Connellsville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 23, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard H. II and Elizabeth Bell MacDonald Fisher II. He is survived by: his wife Martha V. Tiernan Fisher; his children, Daniel Fisher (Debbie) of Star Junction, Janet Rogers (Jim) of Ohio, Richard H. Fisher IV (Debbie) of Perry Twp, Cheryl Halucha of Belle Vernon and Melissa Welling (Larry) of Austin; his sisters, Diana (William McGonigle) and Debra K. (Clifford Wolfe); and his grandchildren, Joshua, Justin, Johnny, Richard, Tonya, Stephanie, Emily, Daniel and Jessica. He is also survived by 18 great grandchildren.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and state mandate funeral services will be private.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in memory of Richard H. Fisher III to the Arthritis Foundation.
