It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marjorie Adele Obade of Belle Vernon, Pennsylvania, born in Elco, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 20, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph J. Roberts and Irene Roberts (Huber); her daughters, Jan Obade, Kim Obade and Jill Trachy; and her siblings, Jo Anderson, Lynn Roberts and Leslie "Bud" Roberts.
She is survived by: her daughters, Rachael Obade of Belle Vernon and Toni Gauden-Espinoza (Bobby); her grandchildren, April Gauden, Holly (Doug Burton Trachy), Emily (Ryan Boyle), Sidney (Christine Gauden), Tyler (Kandy Trachy) and Elijah (Taylor Obade); her great grandchildren, Sebastian Wright, Ander Gauden, Ian Gauden, Frya Boyle, Conner Boyle, Jaxson Barton, Jesse Barton, Kai Mae Obade and Oliver Trachy; and her adoptive daughter Shawn Groomes. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
