She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Ostapowicz and Helen Sokol Ostapowicz. She is survived by: her husband Dr. Timothy Susick; her brother Edward Ostapowicz (Patty); her niece Lauren B. Ostapowicz of Washington, PA; her nephew Ethan B. Ostapowicz (Megan) of Carroll Twp; and her cousins, Lance Sokol (Diane) of Belle Vernon, Ann Sokol of Monessen, Michele Fryer of Finleyville, Harry Ostapowicz (Marie), Don Ostapowicz (Joyce) of Coplay Ohio, Colleen Gracyk (Joe) of Lexington, KY, Hugh Boyle of Marysville, TN, Tom Boyle of Lexington, KY and Michael DeAntonio (Erica) of Plum. She is also survived by several nieces and nephew's brother and sister in laws, as well as second cousins.
