He was predeceased by: his father John H. Jacobs, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Jeannine Harrison Jacobs; his sons, John W. "Pic" (Rachel Jacobs) and Bryan (Michele Jacobs); his daughter-in-law Sandy Jacobs of Speers; his siblings, Randy Jacobs of Dunlevy and Sherry Mouyard (Tim) of Charleroi; his grandsons, Zach Shulock of Denver, CO and Jack Jacobs of Speers; his goddaughter Marisa Laskey; and his brothers-in-law, Scott MacPherson (Annette) of Monongahela and Tom MacPherson (Barbara) of Monongahela. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, and cousins.
Due to COVID concerns, private services were held in the funeral home with Rev. Beverly Gross officiating.
