He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Samoda Cherocci; his son-in-law Doug Everard of North Carolina; his son James; his daughter-in-law Jenny Cherocci of Michigan; his daughter Shelley Samoda (Denny Long) of Belle Vernon; his sister Dolores; his brother-in-law Joseph 'Chip DeFelicis of Monessen; and his grandchildren, Courtney Samoda, Falyn Samoda, Hannah Samoda, Christina Barcus, Zachary Cherocci, Justin Cherocci, Lucas Cherocci, Nicole Ioannou, Alexandra Ioannou, Emily Everard and David Everard.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions be made in memory of James Cherocci to the funeral home.
