Waugaman of Belle Vernon, Pennsylvania, born in Fayette City, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 5, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James W. Rutledge and Edythe McKnight Rutledge; her husband James Donald 'Don Waugaman; and her siblings, James W. "Skip" Rutledge, John Roy Rutledge, Louise Davis, Ruth Ann Grazzini and Jean Sherman.
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, B. J. Thomas, Joanne Friday of Matunuck, RI, Don Grazzini of Richland, WA, Tim Grazzini of Richland, WA, Ralph Waugaman of Greensburg and Lucy Rippel of Monongahela; her pet Cooper; and her stepdaughter Donice Horton of North Sannich, BC. She is also survived by friends and was a dog lover, having had many dogs.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to an animal rescue organization or the charity of one's choice.
