He is survived by: his wife Sandra Maddux; his children, Rick (Lee Ann Maddux) and Kerri (Steve Scheetz); his grandchildren, Andrew, Katie, Alicia and Hunter; his great grandchildren, Carson and Macie; his brother Charles Maddux (Beverly); and his siblings-in-law, Doris Maddux and Gary Monesmith.
