She was predeceased by: her grandparents, John Jr., Beatrice Garrett (Honey), Betty Bently and LeRoy Bryant; her brother Tyrone L. Byrant; her aunt Regina Garrett (Gee-Gee); and her cousin Maurice James Carter (Reece).
She is survived by: her parents, Deborah Garrett (John) of Rochester and Tyrone Bryant; her children, DaVantae, Ashari and Aniya Garrett; her siblings, John Anthony Garrett and Tywanna Garrett; her nephew Zakire Anthony Garrett; and her goddaughter Quintaysia Garrett (Queeny). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
