He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Shafer and Kathryn Shafer; and his sister Lois Brashears. He is survived by: his sons, Dennis Shafer (Connie), Michael Shafer, Chippewa Twp and Marty Shafer (Jodi); his brother David Shafer; and his grandchildren, Andy, Hannah, Logan, Emily, Nicholas, Karleigh and Brayden Shafer.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Robert's name may be made to the Beaver County Humane Society.
