She is survived by: her daughter Leslie Hare (Bill) of Beaver; her grandchildren, Amelia Cuevas (Alejandro) and Don Hare; her cousins, Phillip Johnson (Bobbie Jean), Lou Johnson (Shirley) and John Johnson (Janet); her friend Kristen McQuown; and also Jeff.
The family has suggested memorial contributions be made in Dawn's memory, if desired to the Beaver County Humane Society, 3394 Brodhead Road, Center Township, PA 15001 .
