He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Richards and Velma McGaffick Richards; and his wife Launa Wetzel. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Bentz (Lonny), Stephanie Illig (Mike) and Shane Wetzel; his brother Donnie Richards (Vickie); his grandchildren, Justice, Liberty, Joshua and Cody; his nephew Scott Richards; his niece Becky Youngdahl (Alex); and his great-nieces, Lenny, Heidi and Ilyana.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be shared in Paul's name to the Beaver County Association for the Blind, 616 4th Street #4707, Beaver Falls, PA 15010.
