It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Herman Lee Moxley Sr. of Beaver, Pennsylvania, born in Midland, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 12, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Moxley and Sally Moxley (Conners); his former wife Alberta Carter; his wife Eva Peties; and his siblings, Moease Tivis, Louise Allen, Bernice Tyson, Norman and Clyde Moxley.
He is survived by: his children, Helen Moxley of East Liverpool, Evelyn Simpson of New Brighton, Herman Moxley, Jr. (Irene) of Wellsville, Sherman Moxley of East Liverpool and Gregory Moxley (Angela) of Beaver, PA; and his nephew Lenwood C. Tivis. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
