She was predeceased by: her mother Gertrude Marie Carmen-Bly (Burgess); and her brothers, Brian Calvin Carmen and Bobbie Gene Carmen. She is survived by: her father Nathaniel William; her daughter Elizabeth Marie Foden; and her siblings, Keith Mitchell Carmen, Nathaniel William Carmen Jr., Marie Clara Carmen (Jay), Becki Ann Carmen, Kelly Joe Carmen (Cindy), Billie Jean Barnes (Stirling) and Sue Ellen Carmen. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
