He is survived by: his daughter Susan M. Smith; his granddaughters, Shana M. Smith (Jerome) of Munhall, PA, Mallory O. Smith and Sydney M. Smith of Carney, MD; his great grandchildren, Meilah, Roman and Sienna; his sister-in-law Joanna Atkins Green; his nieces and nephews, Shannon M. Smith and John Percy Green; his sister Janie Williams Rawl; and his caregiver Gail Smith. He is also survived by brother & sisters-in-law, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
