He was predeceased by: his parents, George Mantush and Margaret Mantush; and his brothers, Michael, Joseph, Johnny, Leo and George (Butch).
He is survived by: his children, Nancy Ulrich (Bill), Bear Creek, Sherry Corrigan (John), Ashley and Donald F. Mantush Jr. (Heather); his brother Daniel (Marie); his niece Maria; and his grandchildren, Tyler Ulrich, Jessie Corrigan, Elizabeth and Natalie Mantush. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Donald's memory to Medical Oncology Association of Kingston, PA.
