She was predeceased by: her mother Viola M. Barile; her husband Henry R. D'Amato; her siblings-in-law, Samuel and Rose D'Amato; her daughter-in-law Mary Ann D'Amato; and her nephew Raymond D'Amato.
She is survived by: her children, Henry D'Amato and Carol A. Daddezio (Paul); her grandchildren, Christina Ann McGuire (Joseph), Rachel Collins (Bryan), Anthony D'Amato (Megan), Theresa Daddezio and John Paul D'Amato; and her great grandchildren, Joseph, Michael and Logan.
