It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Arlene Spak of Bear Creek, Pennsylvania, born in Port Griffith, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 22, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Severnak (Karaffa) and George Severnak; her husband Gabriel; and her brothers, Teddy, George and Joseph Severnak.
She is survived by: her daughter Kimberly Blazejewski (David Blazejewski); her grandchildren, Sara Blazejewski of Philadelphia and Daniel Blazejewski; her brother Jack Severnak of West Wyoming; and her siblings-in-law, Joseph Spak of Wilkes-Barre, Sylvia Severnak of Pittston and Kathryn Spak of Wilkes-Barre. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family lovingly asks that memorials be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
