We are sad to announce that on October 7, 2022, at the age of 97, Ruth Tappe (Bakerstown, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Joseph T. Tappe; her children, Joseph T. Tappe, Jr. (Joyce) and Kimberly A. Vilsack (Scott); her grandchildren, Joseph W. Tappe (Shalaka), Ryan W. Tappe (Mia), Emilie McClain and Andrew Vilsack (Nicole); and her sister Betty Rosato.
