She was predeceased by: her parent Jackson M. Allen. She is survived by: her parent Nellie Allen (McCoy); her spouse John F. Seibert; her children, John A. Seibert (Patricia), Jane A. Seibert and Cynthia A. Ciz, Jr. (Joseph); and her grandchildren, Amy C. Thompson, John F. Seibert, Ashley C. Clouser (Joshua), Joseph A. Ciz (Alison) and Jennifer L. Stimmel (Scott).
