He was predeceased by: his parents, James Pittman and Ruth McCorkel Pittman; and his siblings, Patricia Warrick, James, David Pittman and Sharon Pittman.
He is survived by: his spouse Elisabet "Espa" Eysturoy Pittman; his daughter Kristin Carney (Christopher); and his grandchild Cullen Carney.
