He is survived by: his daughters, Charlene Hanzevack (Richard) of Cape Coral, Stephanie Polachek (John) of Ohioville and Susan Hood (John) of Baden; and his sisters-in-law, Eleanor Shemelya of Mesa and Frances Farelli of Sewickley.
