She was predeceased by: her parents, Orval Johnson and Alberta Johnson (Goss); her husbands, Tommy Lockett and Redmound "Red" Mullinex; her son Charlie Fassett, Jr.; her stepson Dale; and her brother Burton Johnson.
She is survived by: her daughter Debbie; her son-in-law Anthony Force; her children, Tina Weaver and Scott Fassett; her stepdaughter Margaret; her grandchildren, Tonia, Lynn, Travis, Josh, Amanda, James, Crystal and John; her brothers, Arthur Johnson and Louis Johnson; and her pet Jody. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
