She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Garvey and Jean Garvey; her husband William Biddle; and her sons, Robert M. Biddle and Stephen J. Biddle.

She is survived by: her sons, William Biddle, Jr. (Denise) and John Biddle (Jacqueline); her grandchildren, Cathryn Moser (David), Kristia Davis (Christopher) and William D. Biddle; and her great grandchildren, Makayla and Audrey Davis.
