He was predeceased by: his parents, William Boylan and Rita Boylan (Schneider). He is survived by: his daughters, Laura Hollingshead (Bruce) of New Jersey and Karen Dizney (David) of North Carolina; his sister Rita Boylan of Mount Carmel; his niece Cheryl Montigny (Jonathan) of Maryland; his great-nephew Nathan; and his great-niece Isabelle.
