He was predeceased by: his father Benjamin G. Shaffer; his wife Linda B. Shaffer (Beyer); his son Todd Shaffer; and his brother Bruce Shaffer. He is survived by: his children, Traci Lasota of Ambridge and Troy Shaffer (Dana) of Ambridge; his grandchildren, Jayme Knoll, Mara Petrosky, Hailey Shaffer, Addison Shaffer and Loran Shaffer; and his great grandchildren, Brayden Potts and Tanner Petrosky.
