He is survived by: his wife Joan Schumacher; his children, John (Linda), Karen, Robert Sr. (Sandra) and Joan (Joseph); his grandchildren, Lauren, Courtney (Nicholas), Rachael, Robert Jr. (Jennifer), Julie, Jennifer (Justin) and Jamie; and his great grandchildren, Ava, Charlotte and Lily.
