It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William T Carter of Altoona, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 17, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, LeRoy Carter and Martha Carter (Kreps). He is survived by: his wife Carol L. Beckel; his children, Jennifer Galanick (Joseph) of Sterling, VA, Thad Carter (Yvonne) of Altoona and Melissa Berard of Pittsburgh; his granddaughters, Courtney Carter and Kirsten Carter; his sister Carole Taylor (Robert) of Juniata; and his nephews, Bob Taylor (Amigh) of Altoona and Mark Taylor (Meredith).
