He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry R. Dougal and Hilda M. Dougal (Barley). He is survived by: his wife Connie Dougal (Stiffler); his stepchildren, Danielle Smith (Travis), Megan Hunter (Thomas), Cristin Davis (Jesse) and Matthew Winters (Emily); his grandchildren, T. J., Danica and Laura Smith; his stepchildren, Remi, Finnley, Levi, Travis Hunter, Everett, Savannah Davis, Lila and Harland Winters; his sister Mary Francis David (Mike); his nieces, Michaela Chamberlain (Justin) and Mallory Becerra (Jesse); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Lennon, Calvin Chamberlain, Quinn, Cora and Jude Becerra.
