It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael S. Lockard of Altoona, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 12, 2024, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Wallace and Lucille Wallace (Patrola). He is survived by: his wife Tonya Fowkes; his children, Michael S. Lockard, Jr. of Altoona, Heather Lockard of Myrtle Beach, SC, Jessica Lockard-Green of Altoona and Judith Lockard-Green of Fallentimber; his grandchildren, Tailyne, Cadence, Karmaa, Eli and Easton; his brother Donnie Lockard (Barb) of Florida; and his niece Candie Huss.
