He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony J. Basile and Edith Basile (DiGiacobbe). He is survived by: his wife Carole L. Dean; his siblings, Barry A Basile and Maria Basile of Pittsburgh; his sister-in-law Pamela K. Shanafelt of Tyrone; his stepdaughter Wendy K. Gallaher (Chad) of Camp Hill; and his stepgrandchildren, Alexander Gallaher and Morgan L. Shermyer (Brian) of Williamsport. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
