He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Pike and Ethel Pike (Dewald); his stepson John McKnight; his sister Beverly Snyder; his brothers-in-law, John Snyder and Mearle Kaufman; and his nephews, Barry Kaufman and Darren Snyder.
He is survived by: his close friend Ann McKnight; and his siblings, Sherrill Kaufman, Jill Glunt (Jim) and Darryl (Vicky). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
