Rutherford of Altoona, Pennsylvania, born in Portage, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 12, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph H. Dunmire and Clara A. Dunmire (Morgan). She is survived by: her husband Fred I. Rutherford; her daughter Deborah Miller (James) of Altoona; and her grandson Christopher (Trisha) of Gibsonia.
