He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazen L. Summers and Ada G. Summers (Rauchle). He is survived by: his wife Janet Irene Dickson; his son Timothy Allen Summers of Altoona; his grandchildren, Billie Jo Green, Jerome Edward Green, Timothy Allen Green and Chelsey Jo Ganey (Bobby); his great grandchildren, Adalina Jo Green and Luna Mae Green; and his brother Paul Eugene Summers (Cynthia) of Altoona. He is also survived by his family, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
